Designed and built like no other, these beds are made of solid hardwood birch, and constructed with massive mortise and tenon joinery.

With oversize slats supported by heavy-duty center supports, Epoch bed frames provide a well-built, well supported frame. This means no need for a box spring! They have been sold unnecessarily as an “add on” for years to increase sales by mattress companies. If you do need the added height it is much better to use solid platform boxes instead. They are much more supportive than the typical spring unit, and will last much longer.
